We offer group booking discount at some of our venues / events but no other offers.
All our parties are kids only but family & friends are welcome to join for the cake celebration.
We have a selfie booth where the kids can print off their own pictures. We also provide a highlights reel of the entire party. We can provide a personalised reel or pictures for an additional AED 500.
Yes. All parents will be given a time slot at the start of the brunch and are welcome to come and join the kids for the cake cutting and singing, “Happy Birthday” if they wish. Once the celebration is done, the parents will leave and return at the pick up time.
Food varies slightly by venue, but all Gen X parties include unlimited kid-friendly favourites such as pizza, chicken tenders, fries and nachos. Soft drinks are unlimited throughout the party.
We also cater for special dietary requirements — just let us know in advance.
There’s no minimum for standard group bookings, with a maximum of 30 kids per party.
For private venue hire, the minimum is 80 kids and the maximum is 230.
Yes, subject to availability, private venue hire is available on selected days for a 3 hour event.

Birthday cakes are not included in the party package, as we know they’re personal to each child.
You’re welcome to bring your own cake, or we can recommend options upon request.
Food, unlimited soft drinks and all activities are included — there are no hidden costs at our parties.
Decoration is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own table decorations or balloons.
Alternatively, we can provide decoration options at an additional cost.
No, there may be multiple parties taking place at the same time.
Each group stays together for activities and has their own designated seating area.
Private venue hire is available on request.
Yes all activities are supervised by our team, and kids are guided around the venue throughout the party.
We also have dedicated staff on-site, including first aid, housekeeping and security.
Yes, on arrival, each group is given a quick tour of the venue and shown the available activities.
Our team continues to guide them throughout the party, while allowing them the freedom to enjoy the experience at their own pace.

Yes our parties are fully supervised, with trained staff, security and first aid on-site at all times.
Children are not permitted to leave the venue until collected by a parent, ensuring a fun, safe environment throughout.
Yes — free valet parking is available at Gen X Dubai (JLT).
At Gen X Abu Dhabi (Lucky 8, Saadiyat Island), parking is also free and easily accessible.
A deposit is required to secure your booking date and, as we reserve the space and turn away other bookings, deposits are non-refundable. If your plans change, we’ll always do our best to move your booking to another available date (subject to availability). In the event your party is impacted by circumstances outside of anyone’s control, such as government restrictions, venue closures or severe weather, we will offer a transfer or credit for a future date. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
