Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Final numbers, dietary requirements and full payment must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the event for birthday parties, and 5 weeks prior for graduation bookings.
Graduation Bookings (Minimum numbers & Pricing)
Graduation bookings are secured based on agreed minimum guest numbers at the time of booking. If final numbers decrease, the original minimum booking will still apply for billing purposes. Any increase in numbers will be accommodated where possible and charged accordingly.
Deposits & Cancellations
As we reserve your date and turn away other bookings, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we will always do our best to offer a transfer to a future date (subject to availability).
Force Majeure
If your event is impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government restrictions, venue closures, severe weather or regional instability, we will offer a transfer or credit for a future date. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
Supervision & Liability
All events are fully supervised by Gen X staff. However, participation is at the individual’s own risk. Gen X Kids UAE is not liable for any minor injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings during the event.
Medical & Allergies
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements in advance of the event.
Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to remove any child whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
Photography & Media
Gen X may capture photos and videos during events for promotional purposes. A general highlight reel may be created; however, individual photos or videos of each child are not guaranteed.
